In 2016, KOUD Founder Ash took his first plunge with Wim Hof, unlocking mental clarity, resilience, and peak performance. That moment sparked an obsession, years of refining the practice, testing protocols, and making cold exposure a daily ritual.

A few years later, Co-Founder Zac, an ultramarathoner, discovered the power of ice baths for endurance and recovery. But what solidified his commitment wasn’t just training, it was guiding hundreds of people through ice bath sessions on the beaches of Elwood. There, he saw firsthand how cold immersion transforms not just the body, but the mind.
